Project Spring Roll is a project focused on framing and evaluating what we think are the highest-leverage problems — each one an instance of a family of problems sharing common mechanisms and incentives that allow the problem to persist and keep a disproportionate amount of value from being created.

For each one we ask: what is the potential impact? what is the mechanism? why does this persist? and what would it take to fix it?

We test those questions through a structured review process that pairs AI-led research with expert judgment. Theses that survive review and revision are developed into investment projects targeting 100× or more social and economic return per investment deployed.
